How to See an Aura and Interpret its ColorsInvisible Energy Field can Reflect State of Mind and Body
Using colors to describe feelings and energy is not new. With practice, anyone can learn to read energy fields or auras, and interpret what the different colors mean.
Aura is the energy body that surrounds every living being on earth. Diseases are said to originate in the energy body before they can manifest physical body. Many different colors can be seen in a person's aura and these colors can indicate a person's state of health, thoughts, feelings, intentions. How Do You See Auras? With a little practice, anyone can see energy fields or auras around people using the following technique:
Seeing Afterimage Instead of Auras Because of Complementary ColorsIt is possible to see some afterimage colors, that could be misinterpreted as aura colors by the untrained eye. For example, if a person is wearing a yellow outfit, seeing the color purple around the person's aura is possibly an afterimage, as yellow and purple are complementary colors. To avoid this, initial attempts at reading auras could be limited to people wearing light colored or white outfits and learning about complementary colors. What do Colors in Your Aura Mean? Some colors may be more dominant than others, in a person's aura. Or, there might be a dominance of a combination of colors. The following are some common colors seen in auras and their meanings.
Common expressions like, "green with envy," "in the pink of health," "feeling blue," or "seeing red in anger," may have been used to represent the energy equivalents of colors in the aura. Auras are constantly changing energy fields that feed on thoughts, emotions and feelings. A strong, vibrant energy body contributes to a healthy and active physical body.
